Serving Suggestion: 1-2 teaspoons per person. Ideal temperature for herbal tea brewing is between 80-85°C.  Steep for 3-4 minutes for full flavour to develop.

Menopause Tea

Menopause Tea is refreshing & cooling for those hot flushes & night sweats. Herbs have been chosen for stress relief, calming ability & hormonal balance.

All certified organic ingredients: Chaste Tree, Black Cohosh, Withania, Sage, Licorice, Gotu Kola, hint of Lavender, Lemon Grass, Marigold.

Chaste Tree has been known to assist sleep & can assist positive hormonal balance for some women. Black Cohosh is well known as a herb for the treatment of menopausal symptoms of hot flushes and sweats. It can raise oestrogen levels and therefore assist with menopausal symptoms. Withania is used here for its adaptogenic properties assisting with change and stress. Sage is traditionally used for excessive sweating, and is commonly used for hot flushes and night sweats.  It can also be used to enhance memory.  Licorice is an effective adrenal herb, repairs gastrointestinal lining, and has been used here to balance testosterone production and as an anti-inflammatory. Gotu Kola has been used in this blend for its stress and wound healing properties. It can assist in times of chronic fatigue and nervous exhaustion. Lavender provides calming actions and is useful for insomnia and to improve concentration. Lemon Grass is an amazing super herb, is a potent anti-inflammatory herb with antifungal properties. Marigold  is known for its anti-inflammatory action on skin eruptions, has strong astringent properties.  It can be used for gastric and duodenal ulcers.
