Green Sencha Blossoms Tea is a rich Chinese green sencha tea with floral blossoms imparting a delicate, light & smooth flavour.

Certified Organic Green Tea – Camellia sinensis, Rose Petals, Jasmine & Mallow Flowers.

Herbal Properties

Green teas are excellent for the immune system, may help to reduce high blood pressure, and act as a protective agent against cancer.  Research shows they may also assist weight loss.  Green teas are also referred to as ‘unfermented’ and are primarily produced in China, Japan and Taiwan.

Mallow Flowers are mucilaginous quality improves the sometime bitter overtones of green tea that occurs on steeping, providing a delicate mellowness.

In ayurvedic medicine Red Rose Petals are used for their soothing, cooling and moisturizing capacity.

Jasmine Flowers adds delicate jasmine overtones with calming properties.

Serving Suggestion: 1-2 teaspoons per person. Ideal temperature for green tea brewing is between 85-90˚C.  Steep for 2-3 minutes for full flavour to develop.
